Autechre’s Amber, their second full-length album, has been reissued on vinyl by Warp Records. This 2×LP edition features a gatefold sleeve and includes a digital download card.

Originally released in 1994, Amber is often regarded as Autechre’s ambient opus. The album comprises eleven tracks that blend isolationist electronica with vivid techno soundscapes, marking a departure from the post-hardcore dynamics of their debut, Incunabula. Notable tracks include “Foil,” “Silverside,” “Nine,” and “Yulquen,” which showcase the duo’s minimalist approach and immersive soundscapes.

This reissue is part of Warp Records’ initiative to make Autechre’s early works more accessible on vinyl.
