Around 1990, the UK was a hotbed for electronic innovation with genres like breakbeat, early rave, acid house, and techno rapidly evolving. The Rising High Collective and related projects were known for pushing underground sounds into clubs and warehouses across Europe.

The fact that this was a white label release suggests it was circulated among DJs before (or without) a mainstream commercial push. Many such records from this era have since gained cult status among collectors and old-school rave enthusiasts.
