Released in 1983 as Matsubara Miki's first best album. The first track on side A, "Paradise Beach (Sophie's Theme)", was produced by Matsumoto Takashi and Hosono Haruomi, and was used in a TV commercial starring French actress Sophie Marceau. This song, with its lightness and elegance, was released as a single and then included on this album. In addition to five other singles, such as "Mayonaka no Door ~stay with me", which became synonymous with city pop, and "Neet na Gogo 3ji", the Shiseido commercial song, the album also includes the Latin-touched "Halation", which was composed by Matsubara Miki herself.
