MSC, also known as Shinjuku Kyouseiki Shudan, is a legendary group based in Shinjuku, Tokyo, comprised of KAN (Kan aka GAMI), TA-BOO (TABOO1), PRIMAL, O2, and GO aka G-PRINCE. Following their highly anticipated debut EP "Collapse of the Imperial Capital" released under the name MS CRU in 2002, the following year in 2003 they released their stunning debut album "MATADOR" under the name MSC, which made a huge impact on the scene with its radical and vivid imagery and skillful rhyming that made full use of Japanese. Along with "Collapse of the Imperial Capital," this album remains one of the most iconic works of street music in the 2000s.
