Fresh from curating a superb celebration of Heist Recordings hitting a century of releases, label founders Dam Swindle step up with a fresh EP of their own - a wholehearted celebration of high-quality house music. It's a predictably strong collection of cuts all told, with the popular Dutch duo flitting between tactile and rubbery peak-time deep house bounce (the cowbell-powered and thicket title track), 21st century hip-house (the bass-heavy blast of '9 to 5', featuring Surya Sen, and the tougher, more organ-rich 'Pull Up dub' take), piano-powered NYC garage-house nostalgia (the colourful, sun-soaked and festival-ready 'I Like It'), and colourful, organ-heavy retro-futurism (the classic-sounding 'A House Track').
